Project Brief

Following your client interaction, we will have a call to discuss the best approach regarding functionality, proposed tech stacks, people, and estimated budgets.

Project Scope

We will understand the project details and come back with suggestions on how best to build and execute, and provide a cost breakdown and high-level schedule.

Signoff & Kickoff

After you successfully give us the go, we will kick off the project with a detailed workback schedule and add the project into Asana to capture the milestones and start communication.

Project Alignment

We build while you manage the client or invite them into Asana. A steady flow of communication is inclusive of scheduled check-ins and updates. We will build as you bring us assets, design, content, and client change.

QA

Although it is included in our workback schedule, we understand the importance of providing QA with its own line.

Launch & Maintenance

It is one thing to get it up running, and it is just as important to ensure all of it is running as it should be. This includes Google Analytics, payment gateways, databases, team management, and more.
